ISOQAR joins Sypol and Info Exchange in newly formed Alcumus Group

The Alcumus Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of ISOQAR Holdings Limited (“ISOQAR”). The acquisition will augment the workplace risk management expertise of the Alcumus Group, which includes highly regarded operating subsidiaries Sypol and Infomatrix.

General Manager of ISOQAR Steve Stubley, who has over seventeen years’ experience with the company, will be appointed as Director and continue with the business.
