TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days subject to full payment being received.
  2. Course fees are payable with the booking. We may however agree to invoice you. If we do issue an invoice, payment is due upon presentation of the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse attendance on the course if payment is not received before the course date.
  3. If delegates are subsequently unable to attend their chosen course a colleague may attend in their place or, provided we are informed 14 days before the start of the course, an alternative date will be offered or a refund given.
  4. If you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received, in writing, at least 14 days before the course date. A full refund will be made of course fees paid. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the date of the course are unable to receive a refund.
  5. We reserve the right to offer alternative course dates or a refund for courses cancelled due to being under-subscribed or any unforeseen circumstances.
  6. All bookings are subject to the above booking conditions.
