The QMS Overview Course is a half-day course covering:
  • What is a Quality Management System?
  • The effect on the Organisation
  • The role of staff within the Organisation
  • The application of ISO 9001: 2008 including
    • what the 8 quality principles mean in day to day working
    • the advantages of a process based approach to quality management
    • a user friendly and more flexible approach to documentation
  • The audit process and the role of Non-conformance Notices
  • What certification to ISO 9001 means to the Organisation, its customers and its staff
