GENERAL NOTES
1. Unless otherwise stated, all Quality and Environmental courses are held in our training room at our Head Office in Manchester.
2. Health & Safety Courses, provided by Northern EHS, take place at their premises in Nelson.
3. All prices are per delegate, exclude V.A.T. and are subject to periodic review.
4. Where 2 or more delegates are booked on the same course a 10% discount will apply.
5. We can also offer any of these standard courses at client premises, for six or more delegates.
6. The Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor Course and Lead Auditor Transition Course are IRCA approved.
7. The Environmental Management Systems Advanced EMS Auditor Course is EARA/IEMA approved.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days subject to full payment being received.
2. If delegates are subsequently unable to attend their chosen course a colleague may attend in their place, or provided we are informed 14 days before the start of the course, an alternative date will be offered, otherwise fees will be forfeited.
3. We reserve the right to offer alternative course dates or a refund for courses cancelled due to being under-subscribed or any unforeseen circumstances.
